The brief
Develop an innovative and impactful awareness campaign for Never Too Young, a division of Bowel Cancer UK, targeting a younger demographic


Concept
This campaign challenges the stigma around bowel cancer through a bold and direct approach. At its core is a 30-second moving image set in a modern club scene, subtly weaving in key symptoms of the disease. A range of young individuals are depicted seated on toilet seats, symbolising the universality of bowel cancer—especially among young adults. With 60% of under-45s diagnosed at stage 4 due to misdiagnosis and low awareness, the campaign stresses the urgency of early detection. Aligned with the charity’s mission, the tone remains empowering and optimistic, aiming to engage and educate a younger audience on the importance of bowel health.
